Everyone loves a good bolognaise and the walnuts in this one add a texture similar to minced meat. You can mix it up with extra vegetables so that it has a similar consistency to what you are used to.
Tacos are pretty easy to prepare as all the ingredients can be purchased at your regular grocery store. The only component to switch up is the minced meat. The beans also provide you with a massive protein hit and the extra salad components make for a well-rounded meal. Our kids love this version!
Curry is so easy to prepare and is certainly a much loved go-to in both of our homes. There are so many different types of curries to enjoy. This one will ease you in and has been given a thumbs up by both our families. Remember to pack any leftovers for lunch the next day as the flavour will only improve overnight!
