This Acai Buckini Bowl is an absolutely delicious cross between a smoothie and ice cream! It boasts a delicous chocolatey taste with a massive punch of antioxidants from the acai. The buckini adds it the perfect amount of crunch and the added fruit just tops it off as a perfect breakfast, dessert or snack.

Method
1. Whizz up acai powder, Wild orange essential oil, raw cacao and coconut water until just combined. The longer you process this the softer it will get and I think its yummiest when its like ice cream!
2. Place in bowl and top with chopped up banana, mixed berries (or any other fruits you desire) and sprinkle with buckini groats for added crunch.
If it is too runny for your liking, just pop it back in the freezer to firm for 10 mins.
