Method
1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (356°F).
2. Mix Worcestershire, soy and Hoisin sauce together to make marinade.
3. Coat each tofu cutlet in the marinade, then place into breadcrumbs to coat.
4. Place tofu onto baking tray and bake in the oven until golden and crispy.
