1. Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
2. Grease 20cm square pan.
3. Blend avocado and oil until smooth.
4. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until mixed thoroughly.
5. Pour mixture into the pan and bake for about 15-20 minutes. Brownie should be firm but not too hard. If you insert a toothpick it should come out clean. Don’t overcook this one though - you want the brownie to be slightly gooey!
