Method

    1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (356°F).

    2. Chop up cauliflower into florettes.

    3. Combine flour, soy milk, water and spices to make a batter.

    4. Dip florettes into the batter, then roll in breadcrumbs, and place on baking trays.

    5. Bake for 20 minutes until browning.

    6. In a small bowl mix chilli sauce, olive oil and liquid smoke.

    7. Remove trays from the oven and pour the chilli mixture over the baked florettes.

    8. Pop the trays back in the oven for another 15 minutes.

    9. Enjoy with salad and a vegan mayonnaise or ranch dressing.
