Caramel Dumplings are an all time favourite of mine, and a staple dessert when I was growing up. These are super yummy and so easy to prepare.

Method

    1. Place flour and sugar in a bowl. Rub through the Nuttalex.

    2. Add the soy milk and vanilla and mix well.

    3. Prepare the caramel sauce. Combine all sauce ingredients and bring to the boil whilst stirring, then simmer.

    4. Form mixture into 2cm balls and drop dumplings into the simmering sauce.

    5. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

    6. Serve. Great with soy vanilla icecream.
