Method
1. Mix together chia seeds, coconut milk, water, vanilla paste and maple syrup, refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour to allow the chia seeds to expand.
2. Spoon mixture into individual serving jars and refrigerate until ready to eat.
3. Combine melted coconut oil and cacao to create the chocolate topping. Add to the top of chia jars with raspberries and enjoy.
Topping options for serving:
Chocolate sauce (melt coconut oil, stir in maple syrup and raw cacao to taste)
Raspberries (defrosted frozen berries are fine)
