1. Roughly chop chocolate to desired size or whizz in a high-speed food processor then set aside.
2. Add bananas, avocado and coconut milk to a high-speed food processor and whizz for approximately 20 seconds.
3. Add peppermint oil one drop at a time and whizz for a further 5 seconds. Taste before adding another drop as it can be quite strong.
4. Stir through crushed chocolate and serve.
If you would like to make this in a larger batch and refreeze for later, simply defrost bananas slightly. Do not double the peppermint oil with a double batch. Increase one drop at a time while tasting.
