1. Blend the soaked dates, cacao, hazelnuts, almonds and salt until combined to a 'dough' consistency.
2. Divide mixture into 16 parts.
3. Roll each into a ball and press a full hazelnut into the centre of each.
4. Place in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
