1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (356°F).
2. Combine flour, cocoa and sugar in a mixing bowl.
3. Melt spread, add milk and vanilla essence.
4. Add liquid to the mixing bowl and combine.
5. Place mixture into a greased ovenproof dish.
6. In a small bowl combine the sugar and cocoa for the topping. Scatter evenly over the top of the pudding mixture.
7. Slowly pour over the boiling water.
8. Cook until pudding is firm and sauce has formed at the bottom of the pudding.
9. Serve with plant-based icecream.
