This Cranberry Bran Loaf can be whipped up in one bowl, is super yummy, and pretty good for you too! Recipe inspired by my gorgeous sister who bakes this recipe to perfection every time.

Method

    1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (356°F).

    2. Soak the All Bran in 1 cup of the soy milk and vanilla for 20 minutes.

    3. Add the remaining ingredients, and remaining 1/2 cup soy milk, and mix thoroughly.

    4. Add to greased loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes until brown and springy to touch.

    5. Cool slightly then slice and serve with Nuttalex spread.
