Method
1. Blend all ingredients at full speed for 30 seconds until smooth and blended.
2. Allow mixture to sit for 2 minutes.
3. Heat frypan with a little oil then pour mixture to make 8cm round pancakes.
4. Fry each side until cooked.
5. Serve with lemon juice, sugar, maple syrup, raspberry coulis, berries, chocolate fudge sauce, salted caramel sauce, or anything else you love! Alternatively these are great with savoury toppings too!
