Method
1. Blend together all ingredients.
2. Place 2 tablespoons of your 'choice of flavour' in the base of 4 mugs then add the blended pudding mixture on top.
3. Put all 4 cups in the microwave and cook for 4-5 minutes until the sponge is springy to touch.
4. Carefully take the mugs out of the microwave and allow to sit for 5 minutes, then knife around the edges and turn out into bowls.
5. Add plant-based ice-cream and devour!
