Method
1. Finely dice red onion
2. Chop tomato into chunks
3. Smash up avocados with a fork in a large mixing bowl.
4. Add red onion, tomato, coriander and lime juice. Stir to combine.
5. Place corn chips in a bowl and top with chunky guacamole.
Serve with a salad of your choice.
