Method

    1. Blend onion, ginger and garlic in food processor.

    2. In a large saucepan, heat the oil then add the onion/ginger/garlic mix. Fry for 4 minutes.

    3. Reduce heat and add spices and fry for 2 minutes.

    4. Add tomato purée and fry for another 2 minutes.

    5. Add beans and salt and fry for another minute.

    6. Add water and chillies and simmer for 10 minutes.

    7. Add Garam Masala and stir.

    8. Serve with Basmati rice and naan bread.
