Method
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
2. Squeeze excess water from the tofu. Cut tofu into small cubes.
3. Mix together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, and cornflour.
4. Baste the tofu in coconut oil then coat with the dry mixture.
5. Place onto baking paper on a tray and bake in the oven until crispy and browned.
