1. Chill the beaters in the freezer for a little while.
2. Carefully open the coconut cream can and gently remove the solidified part of the cream and place in bowl (retain the coconut milk for use in smoothies).
3. Add vanilla bean essence.
4. Whip with electric beaters for about a minute until light and fluffy.
--NOTE: can store in the fridge for a few hours.
