1. Preheat oven to 60°C (140°F) and line an oven tray with baking paper.
2. Place almonds in a bowl and stir through Tamari sauce to coat.
3. Spread thinly on an oven tray.
4. Place in oven until dried (approx. 30mins)
5. Allow to cool before using.
