Method

    1. Set aside the sesame seeds. Blend remaining dressing ingredients.

    2. Pour dressing into a bowl and garnish with the sesame seeds.

    3. Prepare all the roll ingredients. Slice up the vegetables, boil the rice noodles to cook, and slice up the Japanese marinated tofu.

    4. Find a large bowl and fill about 2cm with boiling water. Add one rice paper sheet to the boiling water then remove after a few seconds once the paper started to soften (be careful not to leave int he water for too long as it will make the rice paper difficult to work with). Place the softened rice paper onto the bench and add fillings to the centre. Fold over the ends and then roll to make a rice paper roll. Repeat until you have 16 rolls.

    5. Eat!
