Method

    1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (356°F).

    2. Place cubed bread on baking tray and mix through the olive oil and herbs. Bake in the oven until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

    3. Make the dressing by blending all ingredients until smooth. Set aside.

    4. Blend the parmesan ingredients in bullet. Set aside.

    5. Combine the salad ingredients. Top with parmesan and croutons, then lavish with the dressing

    6. Mix and eat!
