Method

    1. Place dates, apricots, cashews, cinnamon, nutmeg and brandy into jug and soak overnight.

    2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

    3. Decant into bottles and chill in the fridge.

    4. Serve on ice with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
